Store Policy for Annina Photography Services 

1. Booking and Appointments:
- Reservations: All photography sessions must be booked in advance. Appointments can be scheduled via our email, phone, or in person at our studio.

- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50-$100 is required to secure your booking (*please note this does not apply to Groupon customers.)
This amount will be applied to your final balance. Your deposit is transferable and vaild within 5 months from the day you sent the deposit. After 5 months, your deposit shall be forfeited. 
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance. 

2. Payments:
- Fees: All session fees are due at the time of the session. Payment plans may be available upon request.
- Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle. - **Late Payments:** A late fee of $50 will be applied to balances not paid within 30 days of the due date.

3. Session Policies:
- Arrival: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a fee reduction.

- Attire and Props: Clients are encouraged to bring any specific outfits or props they wish to include. We also provide a selection of props at no additional cost. Unless there are customized requests. 
- Conduct: All clients and accompanying guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the session without a refund.  

4. Image Delivery:
- Proofs: an online preview gallery will be available within 3-5 days of the session. Clients will be notified via email when the preview gallery is ready for viewing.
- Final Images: Final edited images will be delivered within 14 days after the selection of proofs. Images will be provided in digital format unless otherwise specified and be sent with an online gallery for easy viewing and sharing to your email when they are ready. 
Expedited delivery-If you wish to have your edited versions be done in 4-7 days, you may be charged $150 fee. 

-Revisions: One round of minor revisions is included with each session. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $10 per revision/picture.
 
5. Usage and Copyright:
- Copyright: All images are the property of  Annina Photography. Clients receive a print release allowing for personal use and reproduction.
- Commercial Use: Images intended for commercial use must be discussed and agreed upon prior to the session. Additional fees may apply.
- Social Media: Clients are encouraged to share their images on social media, but we request that Annina Photography be credited appropriately.  

6. Privacy and Confidentiality:
- Client Information: All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- Image Privacy: Images will not be used for promotional purposes without the client's permission. Clients may opt out of having their images used in marketing materials.

7. Liability:
- Injuries and Damages:
Annina Photography is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session or at our studio (studio address: 6675 S Tenaya Way #160, Las Vegas NV 89113)

- Equipment Malfunction: In the unlikely event of equipment malfunction or loss of images, Annina Photography will offer a reshoot at no additional cost. 

8. Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Quality Assurance: We strive to provide the highest quality service and products. If you are not satisfied with your images, please contact us to discuss your concerns. 

Annina Photography Pet Policy

At Annina Photography, we understand that pets are an important part of the family, and we welcome them to be included in your photoshoots. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have outlined the following pet policy:
1. Pet-Friendly Sessions - Pets are welcome in **family, maternity, and outdoor sessions**. If you'd like to include your pet in a studio session, please inform us in advance, as space and pet accommodations may vary. - We recommend including **well-behaved** and **trained pets** that are comfortable in new environments and around people.

2. Health & Safety - Pets must be in good health and up-to-date on vaccinations. - For safety reasons, aggressive or overly anxious pets may not be suitable for sessions. Please consider your pet’s temperament before bringing them to the shoot.

3. Pet Care During the Session - Pets must be accompanied by a handler at all times. The handler should help manage the pet when they are not actively part of the photos. - We recommend bringing toys, treats, or comfort items to help keep your pet relaxed and engaged.

4. Cleanup & Responsibility - Please ensure your pet is well-groomed and clean before the session. - Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both in studio and outdoor locations. - Any damage to studio property caused by pets will be the responsibility of the pet owner.

5. Outdoor Sessions - For outdoor photoshoots, pets should be on a leash unless in a secure, off-leash area. Please comply with local leash laws. - Ensure you bring water, treats, and any necessary accessories for your pet’s comfort.

6. Booking & Fees - There is a fee/no fee for including pets in your photoshoot. However, please notify us during the booking process so we can make necessary arrangements.
